We want you to be completely satisfied with your ILoveDooney purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition. Please note that all returns must include original packaging and tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and registration cards are included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
